Court rules Dow can't get tax refund for life insurance policies (Fort Wayne Journal Gazette)
CINCINNATI - A federal appeals court has ruled that Dow Chemical Co. cannot get a refund for $22.2 million in back taxes the company paid after claiming deductions on life insurance policies it took out on more than 21,000 employees.
